Integrated Logistics Support

Our team have extensive Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) experience across capability Sustainment and Acquisition Programs. Integrated Product Support

Integrated Product Support (IPS) is a key element in the planning of through life support of any asset. Broadly speaking, the iterative process of IPS ensures that all activities required to maintain and support assets are considered and planned for as early as possible.

Life Cycle Cost Modelling

Life Cycle Cost Analysis is the methodology that assesses the Total Cost of Ownership of a system or facility. It considers far more than the cost of design work or the cost of parts and maintenance. It considers all aspects of supportability across acquisition, ownership, and disposal.

This means that the Life Cycle Cost of your system or facility is sensitive to the engineering design choices, operating choices, disposal strategy, and how long you intend to operate the system for.

Integrated Reliability and Maintainability

Integrated Reliability, Maintainability and Testability (IRMT) is a theoretical Supportability Analysis undertaken by a Logistic Engineer. This type of analysis looks at the characterisation, measurement, prediction and analysis of failure and maintenance of a specific system or type of equipment.

IRMT analysis plays a key role in minimising cost of ownership and is a key driver in design influence through safety assessment. Through investment in IRMT analysis, your project could reduct the probability and severity of failures and increase availability.

Logistics Support Analysis

LSA is the master architect behind the scenes, strategically designing the logistical framework to enable the continuous availability, reliability and maintainability of assets throughout their lifecycle.

LSA is a comprehensive process employed in Defence projects to optimise the supportability and sustainment of complex systems, such as military equipment, vehicles and weapons systems. It involves meticulously analysing and planning the resources, activities, and infrastructure needed to keep these systems functioning at their best.
